As General Manager, you are the inspiration for your team to create a positive and stimulating environment focused on teamwork.
You are the leader of a team of one hundred people whose mission is to provide customers with an exceptional Mama experience ✨ through a welcoming, quirky and friendly atmosphere that you create. Mama must be in good hands with you .
You will also develop special relationships with customers and local businesses by delivering the Mama experience to them as well.
While maintaining high standards in our rooms/ateliers and standards in food ️, services ️, health and safety ️, you ensure the profitability of Mama through revenue generation and cost control.
