About The Role
La Cabra is preparing to enter the Mexican market. We are looking for a General Manager to lead the introduction, launch, and long-term development of La Cabra in Mexico.
This is a key leadership role with full responsibility for the Mexican market. You will oversee the launch of our first locations and build the operational and organizational foundation for sustainable multi‑unit growth. Working closely with headquarters and local ownership, you will ensure that La Cabra’s brand standards are upheld while adapting intelligently to the local market.
This role reports to La Cabra Headquarters and requires strong alignment with our global brand direction.
Sales, Financial & Market Development Responsibilities
- Full P&L responsibility for the Mexican market
- Define and execute local growth strategy aligned with global brand direction
