General Manager (Manufacturing Operations) – State of Mexico, Mexico

We are partnering with a European industrial organization to recruit a highly experienced General Manager to lead country operations in Mexico.

The ideal candidate is an operationally focused leader with deep experience in high-volume, low-margin manufacturing environments , preferably with exposure to plastics processing , injection molding, or similarly fast-paced production settings. This role requires someone who understands the demands of a 24/7 operation , thrives in low-cycle-time environments, and can strengthen performance, culture, and output across the organization.
