Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced candidate to lead end-to-end mining project operations, ensuring safe production, statutory compliance, cost control and effective coordination across all departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Head overall project operations and act as single-point accountability
- Lead cross-functional teams
- Ensure production, quality, cost and safety targets are achieved
- Ensure compliance with DGMS guidelines, Mines Act and statutory requirements
- Ensure proper utilization of Manpower and Machine
- Review MIS, budgets, performance and project costs
- Coordinate with corporate office and local authorities
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree / Diploma in Mining / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- First Class Mines Manager Certificate of Competency is preferred
