Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and handle official company emails, letters, and professional correspondence
  • Coordinate and liaise with external companies, vendors, service providers, and partners
  • Manage company insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation
  • Oversee administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning
  • Ensure effective inter-departmental coordination and communication
  • Prepare and maintain MIS reports, records, trackers, and data analysis using Excel
  • Assist management in planning, execution, and monitoring of company operations
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and timely follow-ups on key matters
  • Support compliance-related documentation and internal processes as required
