Key Responsibilities
- Manage and handle official company emails, letters, and professional correspondence
- Coordinate and liaise with external companies, vendors, service providers, and partners
- Manage company insurance policies, renewals, and related documentation
- Oversee administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth functioning
- Ensure effective inter-departmental coordination and communication
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, records, trackers, and data analysis using Excel
- Assist management in planning, execution, and monitoring of company operations
- Maintain accurate documentation, records, and timely follow-ups on key matters
- Support compliance-related documentation and internal processes as required
