Job Description
1. Operations & Service Management
- Ensure smooth day-to-day hostel operations (front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, security)
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety
- Implement and monitor SOPs for hostel operations
- Ensure uninterrupted utilities (water, power, internet)
2. Occupancy & Revenue Management
- Achieve and maintain targeted occupancy levels
- Optimize room allocation and pricing strategies
- Control operational costs without compromising service quality
- Monitor monthly revenue, expenses, and profitability
3. Resident Experience & Engagement
- Ensure positive resident experience and timely grievance redressal
- Drive community engagement activities and events
- Monitor feedback, reviews, and satisfaction scores
- Handle escalations with parents, institutions, or stakeholders
