Job Description

Experienced professional with 15+ years in voice process management. International BPO experience in Customer Service Operations.

Preferably experience in Telecom or E-commerce (ecommerce).

Should have worked in US or UK process for a reputed BPO.

Required Candidate Profile

Seasoned BPO operations leader skilled in system/process improvement, team & budget management, audits, client/vendor reviews, training, staff retention & driving productivity, quality, and compliance.
