We are looking for a GM Operations with a strong background in construction/real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end operations management, vendor coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of projects.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end operations management for construction and real estate projects.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely, quality execution.
  • Monitor project progress, allocate resources, and optimize workflows to ensure smooth project delivery.

Required Candidate Profile

  • B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering with 20 - 25 years of experience in construction/real estate operations.
  • Strong knowledge of site management, vendor coordination, and resource planning.
