About the Role:

The General Manager – O&M business based at Corp Office Madinaguda, Hyderabad will own, be responsible & accountable for ensuring operations in the Mundhra, Andhra Pradesh & Rajasthan client sites are conducted as per client standards and expectations. The individual will lead all activities pertaining to client relationships, operational excellence, cross-selling opportunities, people engagement & management, HR & Admin, Purchase efficiencies, Safety adherence, troubleshooting etc. The individual will set up systems, procedures, processes & structures in a manner to simplify & standardize experience of clients, employees & other stakeholders.
