Job Description

1 Production (MOST IMPORTANT)

  • Ensure daily production targets are met
  • Plan and monitor day-to-day factory output
  • Conduct daily review meetings
  • Improve:
    • Machine usage
    • Reduce wastage
    • Increase OEE (machine efficiency)

Factory should run smoothly and product should go out on time.

2 Maintenance & Machines

  • Ensure preventive maintenance is done properly
  • Avoid machine breakdowns & downtime
  • Maintenance rescheduling only if really required

Machines should not stop unnecessarily.

3 Quality (Zero Defect)

  • Maintain strict quality standards
  • No tolerance for defects
  • Identify root cause & take corrective action
  • Work with Quality & R&D team
