General Manager Operations

As the General Manager of LCA Automation de México, a wholly owned subsidiary of SHL Advantec AG of Switzerland, you will be responsible to serve the local customer base, grow the business in Mexico and represent SHL Advantec AG in your market. A special focus will be on service and support business, including the SHL production plants in the USA. This role requires a dynamic leader who can motivate and coach his team, maintain and acquire customer contacts, oversee all company processes, the financial performance and reporting, while ensuring top-tier product quality and compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and excellence.
