The ideal candidate will have experience of more than 10 years of leading a team and managing the daily operation of the project.

The General Manager is responsible for overall planning, execution, and control of construction projects and business operations. The role ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per quality and safety standards, while also driving business growth, team performance, and client satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
  • Monitor financial performance, cost control and profitability of projects.
  • Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
  • Develop and implement business plans, budgets and operational strategies


Qualifications


  • Management and Customer Service experience Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting Strong communications skills
