General Manager – Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel

Located at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport, one of the busiest and most strategic hubs in Europe, the Paris Marriott Charles de Gaulle Airport Hotel is a high-profile, full-service property serving a diverse mix of international airline crews, business travellers, meetings & events, and transient leisure demand.

We are seeking a General Manager to lead this complex, fast-paced operation into its next chapter — driving commercial performance, operational excellence, and a strong, engaged culture, while representing the Marriott brand at a critical gateway location.

This role calls for a commercially astute leader with the ability to balance scale, pace, and service excellence in a demanding airport environment.

The Role

As General Manager, you will have full accountability for the hotel’s performance, people, and positioning. You will:

  • Lead overall hotel strategy, operations, and financial performance
  • Drive strong results across rooms, meetings & events, and food & beverage
  • Champion Marriott brand standards while continuously elevating guest and crew satisfaction
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Executive Committee and leadership pipeline
  • Act as the senior brand representative with owners, airport stakeholders, airline partners, and corporate clients
  • Ensure robust governance, cost control, and transparent owner communication
  • Navigate the operational complexity of an airport environment with confidence and agility
  • About You

    We are looking for an experienced hotel leader with strong European operational credentials and the gravitas to lead a large, operationally complex property.

    You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a General Manager within an internationally branded full-service hotel
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen, ideally gained inhigh-volume, or complex operating environments
  • A hands-on, people-first leadership style with a passion for developing talent
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and ownership relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence
  • Fluency in French and English (essential)
