General Manager

The SETIR General Manager oversees all resort operations, responsible for guest experience, and overall performance of Sunlight EcoTourism Island Resort. The SETIR GM ensures that all departments — Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services — function efficiently and consistently deliver the Sunlight Hotels and Resorts’ brand promise of heartfelt service, operational excellence, and Filipino hospitality.

1. Operations Management

• Oversee all resort operations and ensure smooth day-to-day running of all departments.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) consistent with SHR brand standards.
• Ensure preventive maintenance, cleanliness, and safety standards across guest rooms, public areas, and facilities.
• Lead daily briefings and weekly operations meetings to align interdepartmental communication.
