Position Title: Food Service Director/General Manager

Location: Canterbury Place Senior Living, Pittsburgh Pa (Lawrenceville)

Salary: 80K FT/Bonus Eligible

Now seeking an experienced Food Service Director with a background in Institutional Dining, preferably Senior Living or Hospital. Must have FOH, BOH, Management experience that includes strong culinary knowledge, proven labor and management capabilities, and digital technology knowledge that includes Microsoft Office, digital ordering and inventory systems, digital HR and scheduling systems.

Catering experience is a definite plus.
