The Platform Leader will be responsible for ensuring the growth and competitiveness of the product platform. This role is responsible to deliver customer value, cost efficiency, and compliance, while continuously evolving to meet future market and technology needs. The incumbent will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline projects delivery, optimize performance, and achieve QCD goals.
Key Responsibilities
Platform Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the end‑to‑end platform lifecycle, from ideation to new product introduction, mid‑life upgrades, cost down programs.
- Ensures competitive benchmarking and address gaps proactively.
- Identify opportunities for new capabilities or product enhancements.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of products.
- Lead cross‑functional teams to deliver projects, ensuring collaboration across R&D, Testing, QA, Manufacturing and Sourcing.
