Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Pre-Sales Leader to drive growth initiatives focused on Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and large Global Enterprise Clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, consulting, and business development, and is ideal for professionals who enjoy engaging with senior stakeholders and shaping complex, high-value solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with senior decision-makers including CXOs, Global Real Estate Heads, IT, and Finance leaders across target sectors.
- Lead client discovery sessions, diagnostics, and solution workshops to understand business needs and objectives.
- Own the end-to-end pre-sales lifecycle, including client meetings, customized presentations, case studies, and solution design.
- Support business development by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new opportunities.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with consulting firms, offshoring enablers, and ecosystem partners.
- Collaborate closely with Leasing, Workplace Strategy, Project Management, and Facilities teams to deliver integrated, client-centric solutions.
- Provide market intelligence and insights on GCC expansion trends, location strategy, sector dynamics, and workplace transformation.
- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, account expansion, and cross-selling initiatives.
Experience & Skills Required
- 8+ years of experience in pre-sales, business development, corporate real estate, or offshoring consulting.
- Strong exposure to the GCC and enterprise client segment, including offshoring/onshoring models.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- High proficiency in Power Point and Excel.
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead strategic, consultative conversations.
- Educational background: B. Tech or M. Tech (IT) with an MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
- Based in Bangalore with flexibility to travel as required.
