General Manager Procurement – Raw Materials

Job Purpose:
- The executive is responsible for raw material procurement, inventory management, storage, and distribution within the company, ensuring that materials are sourced efficiently, stored safely, and distributed timely to support the operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Procurement & Supplier Management:
- Lead end-to-end procurement of bulk raw materials (chemicals) from domestic & international suppliers.
- Develop and execute procurement strategies to ensure cost optimization, supply assurance, and risk mitigation.
- Manage supplier relationships to ensure the best pricing, quality, & delivery, Negotiate contracts and agreements for long-term value creation.
- Conduct market analysis to forecast material requirements and trends.
- Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Inventory & Warehouse Management:
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement measures to minimize wastage and obsolescence.
