Experience, Key Skills & Responsibilities
Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in Construction and Project Management, specifically leading renewable energy projects from planning through to commissioning.
Expertise in overseeing project schedules, cost estimation, and quality control while managing vendor payments, cash flow forecasting, and project finance documentation for timely drawdowns.
Skilled in contract management, including writing contractual correspondence, managing claims, assessing Extension of Time (Eo T) via delay analysis, and defining scope matrices for new business contracts.
Responsible for seamless project-to-operations asset transfer and coordinating with land and permitting teams to ensure all regulatory approvals and PPA requirements are met.
Strict enforcement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and ESG recommendations, ensuring zero deviation and the integration of CSR inputs into site execution.
Proven leadership in mentoring site teams, resource planning with HR, and collaborating with procurement for material flow and contractor deployment.
Qualification / Industry
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent).
Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
Industry: WInd Energy ( mandatory) , Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure.
