Experience, Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in Construction and Project Management, specifically leading renewable energy projects from planning through to commissioning.
- Expertise in overseeing project schedules, cost estimation, and quality control while managing vendor payments, cash flow forecasting, and project finance documentation for timely drawdowns.
- Skilled in contract management, including writing contractual correspondence, managing claims, assessing Extension of Time (EoT) via delay analysis, and defining scope matrices for new business contracts.
- Responsible for seamless project-to-operations asset transfer and coordinating with land and permitting teams to ensure all regulatory approvals and PPA requirements are met.
- Strict enforcement of Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) policies and ESG recommendations, ensuring zero deviation and the integration of CSR inputs into site execution.
- Proven leadership in mentoring site teams, resource planning with HR, and collaborating with procurement for material flow and contractor deployment.
Qualification / Industry
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science (or equivalent).
- Certification: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
- Industry: WInd Energy ( mandatory), Renewable Energy / Power / Infrastructure.
