Job Description

The key responsibilities of the GM shall include, but not limited to the following:

To assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

To plan and developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress in line with the corporate direction.

To liaise with external (consultants, architects, etc.) and internal (Contracts, Business Development, Sales & Marketing, Design Development Department & etc) teams in design and development stage of new projects.

To support and suggest in developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with stakeholder and team members.

To conduct meetings, prepare operation analysis and management report to monitor and improve efficiency of department.

To closely follow up and liaise with authorities such as land office and local authorities on land matters and developments.
