General Manager, Project

Responsible in supporting Property Division (Sabah ) in providing the leadership, resources and support required for the implementation and on-going maintenance for the company’s goals. Accountable to lead, manage, control and represent the Project teams consist of Business Development, Contract, Project Management and Construction Management in Sabah Branch . Overall in charge and oversee project management which includes but not limited to planning, implementation, execution and completion, vacant possession and defect management of the project.

Communicates the importance of effective quality management system and conformance to the system, client, contract, project, statutory and regulatory requirements. To support Management and Heads of Department in demonstrating leadership in their areas of responsibilities.
