General Manager ( Projects & Plant Operations)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced General Manager Projects & Plant Operations to lead and manage large-scale construction projects and plant operations. The role involves end-to-end responsibility for project execution, plant productivity, cost optimization, quality assurance, safety compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Projects Management: Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of multiple construction projects. Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality, and safety standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and internal teams. Monitor project risks and implement corrective actions proactively.
