Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned General Manager – Quality (QHSE / QAQC) to lead and strengthen quality, safety, and compliance frameworks across large-scale real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities Head QHSE & QAQC functions across projects
Develop and implement quality assurance & control systems
Ensure statutory, safety, and environmental compliance
Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
Drive continuous quality improvement across sites
Coordinate with project, construction, and external consultants
Desired Profile Strong exposure to real estate / construction projects
Proven leadership in QHSE & QAQC
Excellent understanding of safety regulations and quality standards
Ability to manage cross-functional teams
