General Manager- Retail

Job Summary:

Lead and oversee the operations of Landers Superstore focusing on the supermarket, food central and its affiliates, Capital Care and Federal Barbers. This role will spearhead the strategy of increasing Sales, Membership and managing Operational expense for the store.

Job Objective

1. Attain optimum sales and opex performances thru effective and efficient planning, leading, organizing and controlling of assigned store or branch.
2. Over-all Management and supervision of assigned stores daily operations.
3. Provide excitement to members and excellent members services experience during their visit in the stores.
4. Ensure safety and security of all members and employees in the assigned store.
