JOB DESCRIPTION

As General Manager - Sales & Design, you will own the P&L of the micro territory within a larger geography and drive profitability. You will run and manage the daily Sales operations for your micro territory and monitor the daily / weekly sales conversion funnel and drive improvements to funnel shape and deliver monthly targets. Drive Sales through a highly skilled team of business managers to ensure the best possible TATs and CSAT is delivered to the customer.

• Work on projects to optimise cost, drive efficiency in the sales funnel.

• Drive productivity of the business managers. • Own the hiring and training of talent to build a highly motivated and trained team.

• Build a team on strong fundamentals and vision of Livspace

• Work closely with senior leadership on new initiatives and central programs.
