GM Sales (Agentic Solutions)

Experience- 12 to 18 years

Location: Hyderabad / Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the sales strategy for Agentic AI / autonomous AI solutions.
  • Drive new logo acquisition and expansion of strategic enterprise accounts.
  • Build and manage a high-performing sales team (hunters and solution sellers).
  • Engage CXOs, CIOs, CTOs, and business heads to sell high-value AI-led transformations.
  • Work closely with product, delivery, and pre-sales teams to shape client solutions.
  • Build partnerships with system integrators, tech platforms, and ecosystem players.
  • Own revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasts, and closures.
