Reporting to: Sales Head

Role Overview

Sales & Leasing will be responsible for driving the overall sales, leasing, and revenue growth for office spaces (conventional, managed offices, and co-working). The role involves developing business strategies, leading client acquisition, maintaining corporate relationships, and ensuring maximum occupancy of assets while positioning the organization as a market leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve leasing targets for office spaces.
• Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities with corporates, startups, and MNCs.
