Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for residential and/or retail real estate projects in line with organizational revenue and growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage regional/project sales teams to drive consistent performance, productivity, and target achievement.
- Define annual, quarterly, and project-wise sales targets; monitor performance through MIS, dashboards, and regular reviews.
- Establish performance management frameworks, including coaching, training, and incentive structures, to build a high-performing sales organization.
- Conduct regular leadership and review meetings to assess sales performance, pipeline health, market dynamics, and competitive positioning.
- Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients, channel partners, brokers, and other external stakeholders to expand market reach.
