Key Responsibilities
Grow and lead the full Swedish organisation, including operational setup and day to day management
Execute the commercial strategy to grow the Swedish market within industrial safety and automation
Build and manage a local sales and administration team, including recruitment, coaching, and performance management
Drive both new business development and account management, expanding distribution and strengthening customer relationships
Act as the primary commercial representative in Sweden, visiting customers across the country and participating in selected European meetings and events
Collaborate closely with international colleagues to align on product strategy, market development, and overall business objectives
