The General Manager – Sales (GM Sales) is responsible for driving operational excellence within the sales organization by translating strategic direction from the Vice President – Sales into effective execution across teams. The role acts as a critical bridge between leadership and frontline execution, ensuring process discipline, performance management, and capability building to enable scalable and sustainable sales growth.
