Salary: ₹12 Lakh CTC + Sales-linked Variable + ESOPs
Location: Delhi NCR (Work from Office)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Description: We are looking for a seasoned sales leader to own and scale our Government and Enterprise business across India. This role is about building predictable revenue, opening large accounts, and creating a strong sales organisation from the ground up.
About the Role
- Own pan-India Government and Enterprise sales targets
- Drive new business acquisition with central ministries, state departments, PSUs, large enterprises, and system integrators
- Build and manage a strong pipeline across tenders, pilots, and long-term contracts
- Lead large deal closures, negotiations, and pricing strategy
- Manage complete B2G sales cycle: opportunity identification, RFP/RFQ tracking, bid management, negotiations, and closures
