General Manager – Sales & Operations

Role Overview

Suryabala Honda is looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support dealership sales and operational excellence at our Chennai OMR location. This role is critical in driving business growth, team performance, and customer satisfaction, while working closely with the General Manager.

Remuneration

- Base Salary: ₹45,000 per month

- Fixed Incentive: ₹15,000 per month

- CTC: ₹7.2 Lakhs per annum

Key Responsibilities

- Support the GM in day-to-day dealership operations and strategic execution

- Drive sales performance across new vehicles, accessories, finance, and insurance

- Monitor and improve showroom KPIs, conversions, and productivity

- Lead, motivate, and mentor sales and support teams

- Ensure high standards of customer experience and CRM compliance

- Coordinate with OEM (Honda) on targets, audits, and reporting

- Oversee inventory planning, billing discipline, and process adherence

Desired Profile

- 6–10 years of experience in automobile dealership operations or sales

- Prior experience in a managerial or deputy leadership role preferred

- Strong understanding of 2W dealership processes and Honda systems is a plus

- Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills

- Target-driven with the ability to execute on-ground
