Responsibilities

  • Responsible for providing training to all the sales force/CRM and Team Leaders. Hand-hold the process improvements.
  • Preparing training calendar for the year.
  • Focus on sales conversations, use process-oriented approach that can increase sales.
  • Conduct skill gap analysis, Performance Management Process and develop a Learning and skillset building strategy across levels.
  • Plan and execute month-on-month training program to the sales team.
