Overview

Role Objective: To lead the polymer sales vertical with a strategic and execution-driven approach, ensuring monthly sales targets are achieved, team performance is optimized, and market share is strengthened for the company's recyclate brands in PET and Polyolefins. The incumbent must possess strong domain knowledge in the polymer industry, production capacity planning, and customer relationship management with top national and regional brands.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Deep knowledge of the polymer and recyclate industry (PET, PP, HDPE, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing sales teams across geographies.
  • Strong acumen in production coordination and capacity-based selling.
