DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Strategic



  • Development of the Division’s / Business Unit’s strategy to achieve long-term goals / objectives.

  • Executing the Division’s / Business Unit’s strategy by developing action plans to effectively execute / implement.

  • Plan and review working practices / operations to ascertain if it is successful and if not, devise alternatives.

  • Implement procedures and processes to maximize operating efficiency and productivity.

  • Ensure the development of a complementary and strong executive / management team, that can independently. operate the business with less reliance on senior executive management.

  • Develop, implement and maintain business contingency plans.
