Job Description
The General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring profitability, high service standards, and effective staff management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations
- Manage sales performance, cost control, and implement profit improvement strategies
- Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate staff
- Maintain and improve service quality and customer experience
- Plan menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
