This is a part-time remote role for a General Manager. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, develop and implement strategies for growth, manage teams, and ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities also include monitoring budgets, performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with organizational goals and policies.

  • Proficiency in financial oversight, budgeting, and reporting
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with industry trends and business operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role is preferred
