Responsible for managing the day to day client service business including financial, customer service, and operational performance.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience of 5 or more years of management.
  • Previous airline/airport experience required.
  • Some supervisory/management experience necessary
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as a team
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have reliable telephone and transportation.

  • Ability to treat all information as confidential.
  • Possess the tact to deal with all levels of situations, client representatives, employees and the public.
