Hiring: GM – Supply Chain Management
We are seeking a visionary GM – Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end operations for our manufacturing unit in Mumbai. This senior leadership role is responsible for defining the SCM strategy across procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics to support business growth.
The Role
- Strategic Leadership: Define and oversee the end-to-end supply chain, including international procurement, vendor development, and digital transformation.
- Planning & Inventory: Lead demand forecasting and supply planning to optimize material flow and working capital.
- Operations & Logistics: Manage inbound/outbound logistics, warehousing efficiency (FIFO, safety), and 3rd-party provider performance.
- Cost & Performance: Drive cost optimization, value engineering, and monitor key KPIs like OTDIF and inventory turns.
- Risk & Compliance: Mitigate supply chain risks and ensure compliance with trade laws and safety standards.

Requirements
- Experience: 15–20+ years in manufacturing SCM/Procurement/Logistics, with 5–10 years in senior leadership from Electrical & Electronic Manufacturing industry.
- Expertise: Deep experience in International Procurement (Plastics preferred), production planning, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Engineering; an MBA or Post-Graduate degree is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and strong analytical/negotiation skills.
