The Role :

The General Manager - Talent Acquisition will lead the talent acquisition strategy and execution for the organization, ensuring alignment with business goals and fostering a culture of excellence in recruitment.

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Manage and mentor the talent acquisition team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
