Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement business strategies to expand the company’s presence  in the ELV industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities  in infrastructure and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align business goals with market trends.
  • 2. Operations & Project Management

  • Oversee end-to-end ELV project execution , ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to optimize project efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for procurement, installation, and maintenance  of ELV systems.
  • 3. Team Management & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and train the sales, technical, and operations teams .
  • Foster a high-performance culture with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination among departments.
  • 4. Client & Vendor Relations

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors .
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements to drive profitability.
  • Work with vendors to ensure the best pricing and quality for ELV components.
  • 5. Compliance & Quality Assurance

  • Ensure all projects adhere to industry regulations and safety standards .
  • Conduct quality audits and implement corrective actions where necessary.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of ELV technologies and compliance requirements.
  • Key Requirements:

    ✅ Education:  Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. ✅ Experience:  6+ years  in ELV systems, security solutions, or infrastructure projects. ✅ Technical Knowledge:  Strong understanding of CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, BMS (Building Management Systems) , and other ELV solutions. ✅ Leadership Skills:  Proven ability to manage teams, drive performance, and execute large-scale projects . ✅ Business Acumen:  Experience in P&L management, budgeting, and strategic planning . ✅ Communication & Negotiation:  Strong ability to engage with clients, vendors, and stakeholders  effectively.
