People Leadership: The role involves building a high-performing leadership team and fostering an inclusive, accountable workplace culture. Responsibilities include workforce planning, staff development, and succession planning.

Strategic Planning & Reporting: The GM collaborates with geology and planning teams to develop long-term mine plans. They are responsible for reporting operational performance to the Board of Directors and identifying new opportunities for growth or value-adding activities.
