In this role, you'll have the opportunity to -

Work at the heart of the company’s treasury and balance-sheet management, gaining hands-on exposure to lender interactions, credit ratings, ALM, and funding activities. You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial discipline, liquidity strength, and regulatory compliance while partnering closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the company’s growth and funding strategy.

Key Responsibilities -

Functional Expertise:

• Ensure periodic and ad hoc lender and credit rating reporting compliances.
• Ensure timely financial covenant tracking, Security tracking, reporting and compliances of lenders.
• ALM Management, Convene ALCO and prepare decks
• Manage Stock audits, Stat audits, Internal audits etc. from Treasury’s perspective
• Preparation of CMA, credit proposals with lenders and handling queries of lenders in relation to credit proposals and assisting front office on debt raising.
• Preparation of MIS, dashboards and pitches for Senior Management Reporting
• Liquidity, Investment and cash flow management
• Understanding of work and implementation of Treasury Management Systems.

Interaction:

• Cross Functional coordination with various internal stakeholders for closure of data requirements, compliances etc.
• Liaise with Credit Rating agencies for ratings and annual surveillance.

The right fit for us?

• CA Qualified or an MBA Professional with minimum 7-8 years of experience in an NBFC company.
• Someone who has good MS Office skills, particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint.
• Possesses strong financial, analytical and presentation skills.
• Good team management skills and can guide the Treasury Back Office team.
