The business is transitioning from a successful, independent operational model into a sophisticated corporate group structure. We need a leader who can maintain the site's high-performance culture while introducing the governance, reporting, and systems required for a modern, multi-site enterprise.

The Role

Reporting to the Board/MD, you will have autonomous control of a major facility and its associated P&L. This is a role for a commercial operator—someone who understands the fine details of a busy, 24/7 technical operation but can also sit at the boardroom table to discuss margin, strategy, and growth.
