General Manager's Assistant and Office Admin (1 year Contract)

The General Manager's Assistant and Office Admin provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to a Management Team member. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective calendar management, meeting coordination, and organisation of company-wide events and bookings. The incumbent acts as a key point of contact, supporting efficiency, organisation, and professionalism across internal stakeholders.

What You'll do

  • Manage and maintain the General Manager’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, prioritising appointments, and resolving scheduling conflicts.
  • Coordinate company-wide events, including venue bookings, meeting rooms, catering, and related logistics. Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of events and meetings.
  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up on action items.
