Responsibilities:

Training & Development

  • Train, cross-train, and retrain all front office personnel to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.

Recruitment & Selection

  • Participate in the selection and onboarding of front office personnel, ensuring the right talent is hired for the team.

Scheduling & Workforce Management

  • Prepare and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts and smooth front office operations.

Supervision & Oversight

  • Supervise the workload of front office staff during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed to maintain service standards.

Performance Evaluation
