General Medicine Key Account Manager 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and manage trust relationships and develop strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions and medical groups byunderstanding the behavioral and psychological characteristics of individual doctors and practicing a communication style thatmatches each characteristic. Maximize the value of Bayer product and contribute to achieve outcome across areas throughinfluencing other related institutions

  • Identify the vision, needs, and pain points with key doctors about issues in diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up (patient journey), anddiscuss where our products demonstrate value, and obtain doctor's recognition and agreement on the value provided by thecompany's products
