Experience in supervising unionized personnel Advanced English +2 years in a manufacturing environment directly on production lines Bachelors degree finished Industrial engineering, mechatronics engineering or related Training and certifications in different areas (SPS, six sigma, lean manufacturing, Statistical process control, leadership, etc.) Experience in dealing with union
