Role: Business Centre Clerk

Length: 6 Month Contract (March 16, 2026 – September 15, 2026)

Location: London, ON (5 Days on-site)

Rate: $22/hour


The Business Centre Clerk provides in‑office operational support to internal clients, including mail and courier handling, scanning, shipping, inventory maintenance, and general administrative assistance. This role requires strong customer service, organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Working primarily onsite, the clerk may occasionally support other office locations and must be flexible to work outside regular hours for projects or events. Reporting to the Team Lead/Manager, the clerk ensures a high‑quality client experience while supporting day‑to‑day business centre activities, shipping and receiving functions, meeting room setups, and various operational tasks.
